1. The parties
The website is operated by AutoPro SRL, headquartered at Str. Victoriei 42, București, VAT ID RO12345678, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/1234/2015.

2. Services offered
We provide car maintenance, repair, diagnostics, bodywork and paint services, as listed on the /servicii page.
Displayed prices are indicative; the final price is communicated after diagnosis and recorded on the work order signed by the customer.
3. Online bookings
Online bookings are confirmed by email. Cancellation is free of charge with at least 24h notice.
Cancellation under 24h or no-show may incur penalties per the cancellation policy communicated at booking time.
4. Responsibilities
We take responsibility for work performed according to the work order and offer warranty per the specifications of the manufacturer of the parts fitted.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (contact and vehicle details).
5. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website and apply to subsequent use.
